Ordering
When you place an order, you'll provide your measurements through our guided measurement process. Our skilled artisans then craft your garment to your exact specifications. You can track the progress of your order in real-time through your account dashboard.
Custom-fit garments typically take 2-4 weeks to craft, depending on the complexity of the piece. After production, standard shipping takes 5-10 business days. Express shipping options are available at checkout.
Your distinctive shape and measurements is the standard we honor. Thus, all orders are made to your unique measurements.
You can modify your order within 24 hours of placing it, before production begins. After production starts, changes are not possible as your garment is being crafted to your specifications. Contact our support team immediately if you need to make changes.
Measurements & Fit
We provide detailed video guides and step-by-step instructions for each measurement. You'll need a flexible measuring tape and ideally someone to help. Our measurement guide covers chest, waist, hips, arm length, inseam, and more depending on the garment type.
We understand that taking measurements can be tricky. If your garment doesn't fit due to measurement errors, we offer a one-time remake at a reduced cost. We recommend double-checking your measurements and using our fit calculator before ordering.
Yes! Once you create an account and enter your measurements, they're saved to your profile. You can update them anytime and use them for all future orders without re-entering them.
Yes, we offer virtual fitting consultations where our fit specialists can guide you through the measurement process via video call. This service is complimentary for orders over $200.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship worldwide to over 100 countries. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location. Enter your address at checkout to see available shipping options and estimated delivery dates.
You can track your order in two ways: through our production tracking (see your garment being made) and through shipping tracking (once it's dispatched). Both are available in your account dashboard.
Yes, we offer express shipping options at checkout. Note that express shipping only affects the delivery time after production is complete - the crafting time remains the same to ensure quality.
International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. These charges vary by country and are collected upon delivery.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the custom nature of our garments, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. However, if there's a defect in materials or craftsmanship, or if the garment doesn't match your provided measurements, we'll make it right with a remake or refund.
If your garment doesn't fit due to a production error on our part, we'll remake it at no cost. If the measurements you provided were inaccurate, we offer a one-time remake at 50% of the original price.
Contact our support team within 14 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue. Our quality team will review your case and provide a resolution within 48 hours.
Since each garment is made to your measurements, traditional exchanges aren't possible. If you need a different fit, we can discuss remake options with updated measurements.
Our Artisans
Your garments are crafted by skilled artisans in our partner facilities around the world. Each artisan is verified for their expertise and craftsmanship. You can see information about your artisan and follow the production process in your order details.
We partner only with facilities that meet our strict ethical standards. This includes fair wages, safe working conditions, and reasonable hours. We conduct regular audits and maintain direct relationships with our production partners.
While we can't guarantee a specific artisan, you can note preferences in your order. If you've had a great experience with a particular craftsperson, we'll try to match you with them for future orders when possible.
